Am I still able to meet with / bring in clients?
Yes, you can meet with clients, as it is your office. Everybody at Workhaus operates a business, and meeting with clients is most certainly a necessity! With that being said, your client is able to stay for the meeting, but is not allowed to continue working out of the space once your meeting has ended.
How does the desk booking / rotation system work?
Your team is provided with access to a mobile/web app – the same app used for meeting room bookings, viewing community updates, accessing partnerships, etc. There is an interactive floor plan component that allows your team to see what desks are available within your private space, allowing your team to book on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
There are no hidden fees or costs associated with your membership, as everything is included in one transparent monthly fee. The exemption would be any virtual services (phone lines along with live or digital answering services) are billed at an additional monthly fee.
Can I bring my own furniture and equipment?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring in your own furniture and equipment. Simply let our team know what you would like to keep and what you would like removed and our facilities team will handle the rest.
What happens if I outgrow my package?
Our team ensures to keep an active line of communication with all members and companies within our community. We help you plan for growth by exploring larger office spaces to accommodate your projected growth (typically offering the Right of First Refusal on spaces that better suit your needs), hybrid models to accommodate your unique needs, and more.
