The office you select is offered at a fixed price and comes with a designated number of memberships attached. For example, if you opt for a small private office suitable for a maximum headcount of 4, you can then have 4 people work out of the space. If you require additional space / memberships, our team will happily help you determine what the best options are for you.
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
There are no hidden fees or costs associated with your membership, as everything is included in one transparent monthly fee. The exemption would be any virtual services (phone lines along with live or digital answering services), billed at an additional monthly fee.
What comes with a private office space?
Your private office comes fully furnished with desks, task chairs, and lockable pedestal filing cabinets. Not to mention the numerous services, amenities, and access to shared facilities.
Can I bring my own furniture and equipment?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring in your own furniture and equipment. Simply let our team know what you would like to keep and what you would like removed and our facilities team will handle the rest.
What happens if I outgrow my space?
Our team ensures to keep an active line of communication with all members and companies within our community. We help you plan for growth by exploring larger office spaces to accommodate your projected growth (typically offering the Right of First Refusal on spaces that better suit your needs), hybrid models to accommodate your unique needs, and more.
