Can I receive packages at the location?

Your virtual membership only allows for letter mail (< 1lb). For any special arrangements, please get in touch with our team and we can discuss what options are available to accommodate.

Am I able to work out of the space?

You are not permitted to work out of the office space as a virtual member. If you do need to use the space, we would suggest looking into an upgrade to our Hot Desk membership, or consider booking a meeting room.

Can I include multiple companies in one membership?

Virtual memberships are assigned to one specific company. If you require a mailing address for multiple companies, please get in touch and we can build a new package to accommodate your additional needs.

Am I able to use the addresses of multiple Workhaus locations?

Virtual memberships are assigned to one specific Workhaus location. If you require the use of multiple locations (which can be great for a national presence), please get in touch..

How do I pick up my mail?

Upon signing up you will be connected directly with the Community Lead at the selected Workhaus location, along with our general membership email address. Simply let us know when you plan on coming by and our team will make sure your mail is ready!
