About this location
The Robertson Building at 215 Spadina was constructed in 1911 to be the heart of the company’s operations and included the main showroom for their products. The building’s original Douglas fir post and beam construction, brick work, and wood floors are in keeping with the industrial style of the time.
The lively area is home to Toronto’s fashion scene, endless restaurants and nightlife options, and so much more. With multiple transit stops within arms reach and the downtown core just a short jaunt away, Workhaus Spadina is the ideal location for your new office and the doors will be opening this April!
Workhaus Spadina offers endless building amenities in combination with premium coffee and tea, generous boardroom use allowances, printing/scanning, mail handling services and more.
The Robertson Building at 215 Spadina Avenue is located at the corner of Spadina and Sullivan Street just a couple blocks north of Queen Street. 215 Spadina can be accessed by TTC via the 510 Spadina streetcar or the 501 Queen streetcar getting off at Spadina Ave and walking north two and a half blocks.
We encourage visitors to bike to 215 Spadina. There are plenty of city bike racks at the front entrance of the building. Bike racks are also available in the basement of the building.
