“And if, you don’t love me now
You will never love me again”
Vinyl night was in full swing last night, with members shaking their groove thangs from left to right. This time, our members took the driver seat and became the DJ, providing us with smooth melodies, old school tunes and even modern day hits to fill the halls of our Castle location.Top record of the night? Fleetwood Mac’s The Chain; thank you Community Manager Chad. Close second would have to be Scottish Violin Music by Ronald Gonnella provided by Castle member Tom Ladd of Cognixion.
FUN FACT: Our Castle location used to be the home for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Our halls are no stranger to the acoustic of music, making it the perfect location to unwind and let the music play.
Kicking things off, we toasted the night away with Community Manager Annie behind the bar, making her (now legendary) old fashioned drinks. Attention to detail was crucial, as each drink was accompanied with expertly sliced orange peels. If you’re going to do, you’ve got to do it right.
Oh we fancy huh?
Looking ahead; Monday is giving our members a special little treat! We don’t want to give anything away just yet, but we do recommend that you bring your appetite.
